master12 Terms & Conditions and Platform Rules

These "Terms of Use" (referred to as "Terms & Conditions") form a legally binding agreement between players ("you" or "the user") who use the master12 platform (www.master12.bet) and the platform operator ("master12" or "we").

By registering an account, accessing the platform, or using any of its services, you confirm that you have read and agree to comply with all of these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use this platform.

master12 reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Amendments take effect from the date they are published on this page. Continued use of the platform after an amendment has been made means you accept the revised terms.

To use the master12 platform, a player must meet the following conditions—

• The player must be 21 years of age or older. Anyone under 21 in Myanmar is strictly prohibited from using the platform.
• The player must be of sound mind and mental capacity to make decisions for themselves.
• The player must ensure they are not accessing the platform from a country where online gambling is prohibited under applicable local law.
• Each player may only register one account on master12. Duplicate accounts are not permitted.
• The personal information the player provides on the platform must be accurate, complete, and belong to the player themselves.

master12 may require verification via National Registration Card (NRC) or national ID to confirm age eligibility. Any account opened with false information may be closed immediately and any balance in that account may be forfeited.

2.1 — Account Registration

To play at master12, you must open your own account and provide a valid phone number or email address when registering. Submitting this contact information is considered confirmation that the player's account has been officially opened.

2.2 — Account Security

Players must keep their password confidential and must not share it with anyone. The player is held responsible for all activity that occurs on their account. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact master12 customer service immediately.

2.3 — Account Closure

A player may request to close their account at any time. However, closure will only be completed after any remaining balance has been withdrawn. master12 may also restrict or close a player's account without their consent if a breach of these terms is found.

3.1 — Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit at master12 is 3,000 Ks. Accepted deposit methods include KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, CB Pay, and Bank Transfer. The deposit method used must match the withdrawal method, and using a bank account or payment account that does not belong to the player is strictly prohibited.

3.2 — Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is 20,000 Ks. Withdrawals are normally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. However, the timeframe may vary depending on the player's bank or payment service provider's processing times.

To make a withdrawal, the player must have completed KYC (Know Your Customer) verification on their account, and the payment method used must match the one used at the time of deposit.

3.3 — Deposit and Withdrawal Restrictions

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been met (see Section 4).
• If money laundering or fraud is suspected, master12 may temporarily suspend a withdrawal.
• Any fractional amounts will be rounded to the nearest whole Myanmar Kyat (Ks).

4.1 — Welcome Bonus

The master12 welcome bonus is 120% of your first deposit, up to a maximum of 500,000 Ks.

For example — if you deposit 20,000 Ks, you receive a bonus of 24,000 Ks, giving you a total of 44,000 Ks in your account. That 24,000 Ks bonus must be wagered 10x (= 240,000 Ks) before any withdrawal can be made.

If you deposit at least 840,000 Ks, you receive a bonus of 500,000 Ks, giving you 1,340,000 Ks in your account. The 500,000 Ks bonus must be wagered 10x (= 5,000,000 Ks) before any withdrawal can be made.

4.2 — General Bonus Terms

• Please read the wagering requirement for each bonus as clearly stated on the bonus page or promotions page.
• master12 may modify or cancel any promotion without prior notice.
• The wagering contribution rate may vary depending on the type of game played with the bonus.
• If abuse or manipulation of a bonus is found, the bonus will be cancelled and any winnings obtained may also be forfeited.
• master12 reserves the right to deny repeated bonus claims from a single player or from the same IP address, device, or bank account.

4.3 — VIP Tier Cashback

For regular players, master12 offers 5 VIP tiers — Bronze (up to 0.2% weekly cashback), Silver (0.4%), Gold (0.6%), Platinum (0.8%), and Diamond (1.0%). Tier upgrades are determined by master12 based on a player's wagering volume and continued play.

master12 is committed to maintaining a fair and unbiased playing environment for all players. To uphold this, the following actions are strictly prohibited —

• Exploiting software bugs, game bugs, or any technical glitches for gain.
• Using bots, scripts, or any automated playing systems.
• Collusion between players or match fixing of game outcomes.
• Deposits and transactions intended for money laundering.
• Any player found accessing another player's account data or funds without their knowledge will face strict disciplinary action.

If master12 detects any violation, the account will be suspended immediately and an investigation will be carried out. If the violation is confirmed, the account will be closed and any remaining balance may be forfeited.

All designs, trademarks, graphics, software code, databases and content on the master12 platform are protected under master12's copyright and intellectual property rights.

Players may access the platform for personal use only. Copying, distributing, modifying or publicly sharing any content from the platform without master12's permission is strictly prohibited.

Player data is protected with SSL encryption and will not be shared with any third parties without the player's consent — unless required by law.

master12 supports players in gaming in a healthy way. Any player can request a Deposit Limit, a temporary break, or a Self-Exclusion through master12 customer support.

The master12 platform is provided on an "As-Is" basis. master12 is not responsible for any losses arising from use of the platform, losses caused by political or legal changes, network failures, or third-party software failures.

master12 is not liable for any service interruptions caused by Force Majeure events such as natural disasters, armed conflict, or government actions.

Issues that cannot be resolved by customer support will be escalated to master12 management. While a dispute is being resolved, the player must not make any further financial transactions related to the game and must wait until a resolution is reached.

If any provision of these terms cannot be legally enforced, the remaining provisions will continue to apply. Any inaction by master12 does not mean it has waived its rights — those rights may still be exercised at a later time.

If there is a conflict between the Burmese translation and the original version of these terms, the version written in the language mutually agreed upon by the player and master12 will govern the resolution.

Any amendments to these terms take effect immediately upon publication on this page. If a player continues to use the platform after an amendment, they are considered to have accepted the updated terms.
